Junior Office Assistant in Faro, Portugal


We are in search of a motivated and reliable junior office assistant to join our team in Faro, Portugal. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. As an office assistant, you will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily schedule of appointments and meetings
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Order office supplies and keep inventory well-stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
