Contract Office Assistant in Faro

We are hiring a Contract Office Assistant to join our team in Faro. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with general office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, including a free visa and ticket. Prior experience as an office assistant is preferred but not required.
