Seasonal Truck Driver (Indian Nationals)
A reputable company in Muscat is seeking experienced and reliable Indian truck drivers for a seasonal position. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any defects or issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring safe and timely deliveries
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules
- Load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate equipment
- Maintain logs of working hours, vehicle maintenance, and delivery records
Requirements:
- Valid Indian driving license with at least 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Ability to operate heavy vehicles in a safe manner
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship will also be provided.
Qualifications:
This position is open to candidates who have completed their 12th grade education and possess a valid Indian driving license.
Working Conditions:
This is a seasonal job with an expected duration of 3 months. The work schedule will be 6 days per week with the possibility of overtime depending on business needs. As this is a physically demanding job, candidates must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
