We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and other equipment at various job sites. This is a full-time position suitable for men with or without experience. We offer competitive salary of 1200$, visa sponsorship, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and associated equipment on residential and commercial buildings
- Ensure proper placement and positioning of panels to maximize energy production
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure panels
- Assist with electrical wiring and connections as needed
- Communicate with team members to coordinate installation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in solar installation is a plus but not required
