We are hiring a skilled roofer to join our team in Washington. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing materials on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in the roofing industry and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. We offer competitive pay starting at $1100 per week, with potential for growth and advancement within the company. Prior experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofs
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and make necessary repairs
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while working at heights
- Work efficiently to complete projects within given deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the roofing industry (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
