Experienced Roofer in Washington, D.C.


We are in need of an experienced roofer to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a roofer, you will be responsible for repairing and installing roofs on various buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a roofer
- Familiarity with different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities:
- Conducting roof inspections and identifying any issues or damages
- Repairing or replacing damaged roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Installing new roofs on buildings using appropriate techniques and materials
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and providing solutions accordingly
