Facade Technician


We are currently seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades according to blueprints and instructions
- Inspect facades for any damage or deterioration
- Perform routine maintenance on facades to ensure proper functioning
- Use specialized equipment and tools to complete tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on facades
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Facade Technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following technical instructions
- Knowledge of various facade materials and installation methods
- Physically fit and able to work at heights safely
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the local building codes and regulations. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can join our team immediately. Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates who already reside in Porto or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
