Barista for Indian Cuisine Cafe in Izhevsk


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at our Indian cuisine cafe in Izhevsk. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, taking orders from customers, and handling cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety standards are met
- Restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and latte art is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English is required
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
