Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius. This position requires operating a variety of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, be physically fit, and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job site requirements and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues
- Safely load and unload materials using the equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have the legal right to work in Lithuania
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Salary: Starting at 1700$ per month, with potential for increase based on performance.
