Technical Support Specialist


We are a growing tech company based in Utena and we are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both in person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and resolve them promptly
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in our system
- Train clients on new software or hardware as needed

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of networking concepts is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Utena, Lithuania. However, we are open to considering candidates who require visa sponsorship.
