A growing software company in Utena is seeking a Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company databases, ensuring data security and integrity, and optimizing database performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Develop backup and recovery strategies
- Manage user access and permissions
- Ensure data security and integrity
- Optimize database performance by analyzing data usage patterns, implementing indexes, and making recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with developers to design efficient database structures
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches
- Provide technical support to users in case of any database-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Familiarity with disaster recovery principles and techniques
- Experience with data backup and recovery tools
- Knowledge of SQL programming language
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Requirements:
Our ideal candidate would also possess the following qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud databases (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Certifications in database administration (Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator)

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position. This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. We also provide visa sponsorship for international candidates who require it.
