As an Entry-Level Roofer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced roofers with various tasks such as installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the installation of new roofs using materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal
- Repairing damaged roofs by replacing missing or broken shingles/tiles or patching holes
- Conducting routine maintenance on existing roofs to ensure they are in good condition
- Operating hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install roofing materials
- Cleaning up job sites and properly disposing of debris
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently

Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided on the job
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
