Construction Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the construction project from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards
- Oversee site preparation, materials ordering, and equipment logistics
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
