Construction Manager



We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review project designs and provide input for improvements
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Manage relationships with stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with budgets and schedules
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
