Office Assistant – English Speaking (Contract)


Our company, located in Jeddah, is seeking an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We welcome applications from Kenyan nationals who are fluent in English and have prior experience working as an Office Assistant.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our office. This includes tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing documents, and assisting with basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to have their own visa and accommodation in Jeddah. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees, regardless of gender. Therefore, we strongly encourage women to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or taking messages
- Responding to emails and inquiries from clients or partners
- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
- Filing documents electronically and physically
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Keeping the office clean and organized

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience working as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with good time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
