Junior Back-End Developer

A fast-growing tech company in Washington is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Back-End Developer to join our team. As a Junior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end of our web applications. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the back-end of our web applications using languages such as Python, Java or Ruby
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Continuously improve and optimize the performance of our applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java or Ruby
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
