Part-time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bungoma, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Conduct research as needed for various projects
- Help with organizing company events or meetings
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Bungoma, Canada.
Preference:
This position is open to all nationalities. Preference will be given to candidates who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
