Industrial Engineer


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans and strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency.
- Conduct time studies and analyze data to determine the most efficient production methods.
- Design layouts for equipment and workspaces to improve workflow.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall production performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Train production staff on new processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other computer aided design software.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
