Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist (St. Petersburg, Russia)

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various properties, including residential homes and commercial buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Patch holes, paint walls, and perform other cosmetic repairs as needed
- Install fixtures such as shelves, blinds, and light fixtures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools
- Keep track of supplies and order new materials as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience is required for this role; however, applicants with previous handyman experience will be given preference
- Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar role in the construction or property maintenance industry
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Valid work permit for Russia or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
