We are in search of a competent and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering necessary items
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including issuing invoices and processing payments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration within the company
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
