Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team in Washington. As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed efficiently and accurately. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded in the system
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing team to replenish as needed
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Communicate any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination
- Proficient in using inventory management systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
