Seasonal Concierge for English-speaking Indians in Bungoma

We are hiring a seasonal Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to our Indian guests in Bungoma. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as needed
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Maintain knowledge of current events and special promotions in the area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guests' needs are met

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indian languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Friendly personality with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month (temporary position)
Location: Bungoma, Kenya (accommodation provided)
