Concierge
Location: Bungoma, India


We are in search of a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist with any requests or inquiries they may have. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling as required
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to effectively assist guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude towards guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
and calmly
- Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and events is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
