Online Consultant (English Speaking) - Clairvaux, France

We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our growing team in Clairvaux, France. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a contract position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as live chat, email, and social media
- Provide prompt and friendly responses to inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Experience working in a customer service or sales role is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid work permit for France or eligibility for visa sponsorship
