Crane Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites, ports, or other locations. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining the crane, operating controls to move materials, and following safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator
- Valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of crane operations and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary
- Must have own accommodation in Albena or willing to relocate

Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-operation checks on the crane equipment before each shift
- Operate crane controls to lift, move, and position materials according to instructions
- Ensure safe working conditions by following all safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or two-way radios
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the crane as needed
- Report any malfunctions or damage immediately
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including materials moved and time spent on tasks
