Plastering Contractor

As a Plastering Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing all aspects of plastering work on various projects in Lisbon. Your main duties will include applying and smoothing plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, as well as preparing surfaces for plastering by cleaning and patching any imperfections. You must have previous experience in plastering and possess excellent attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish on all projects.

In this contract-based role, you will be expected to work independently and efficiently, managing your own time and resources. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the job site by following all safety procedures and regulations. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and other contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to project specifications
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and patching imperfections
- Measure, cut, fit, and secure drywall sheets
- Smooth out uneven areas using trowels or sanders
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on job sites
- Communicate effectively with clients and other contractors
- Manage time efficiently to complete projects within given deadlines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plastering required
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Valid work permit or ability to obtain one for Portugal
