Architectural Designer

We are in search of a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Dickirch. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and meet all necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for the project
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess any potential challenges
- Work with engineers to ensure that designs meet structural requirements
- Develop cost estimates and timelines for projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software
- Fluency in English
