Architectural Technologist in Utena, Lithuania


We are a leading architectural firm based in Utena, Lithuania and we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction drawings and plans
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate and precise drawings
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with building codes
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for project development
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building technology
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and procurement

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits such as health insurance and paid time off will also be provided.

For non-local candidates, we provide accommodation within close proximity to the office. This includes a fully furnished apartment with all utilities included.
