IT Manager - Eschen, India


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology operations in Eschen, India. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our technology infrastructure and ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support company objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, network and telecommunications systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively
- Train and supervise IT staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to support company technology needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems
- Experience with data security protocols and backup procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Certification(s) in relevant technologies (e.g. Cisco Certified Network Professional)
- Experience working in a global organization with multiple locations
