Loader Supervisor (Indian Nationality Preferred)

We are seeking a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading operations in our warehouse located in Kaunas. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders, ensuring that all loading procedures are followed correctly, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading process to ensure timely and accurate loading of goods onto trucks
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to loaders, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently
- Train new loaders on proper loading procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor the quality and condition of goods being loaded, making sure they meet company standards
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of goods loaded and unloaded, as well as any damages or discrepancies
- Regularly inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Implement and enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents or injuries during the loading process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader in a warehouse setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proficient in operating various types of loading equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
