Cashier - Nakuru, Kenya (Indian Nationals Preferred)



As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Your main duties will include scanning items, processing payments, and providing customer service. You must have experience in handling cash and be comfortable working with numbers. A biometric passport is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Scan items and ensure correct pricing
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts are present
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with electronic equipment like cash registers and POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1200 per month
