Preservation Architect


We are in search of a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Khanpur! As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation, restoration, and conservation of historic buildings and structures. Your role will involve conducting research, developing plans, and overseeing the implementation of preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures to determine their significance and condition.
- Develop preservation plans and proposals that align with regulatory standards and client preferences.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that preservation projects are implemented effectively.
- Oversee the restoration and conservation of historic buildings and structures.
- Monitor progress of preservation projects to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Prepare reports documenting findings, recommendations, and progress of preservation projects.
- Advise clients on the maintenance and care of historic buildings to prevent further deterioration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preservation architecture or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analyze complex information.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in plans and project implementation.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
