IT Manager

Our fast-growing company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our information technology operations. This is a full-time position based in Acre, with a competitive salary of 1800$. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's computer systems, software, and networks. You will also lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of all technical aspects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Oversee daily maintenance of computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
- Manage data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency
- Train employees on the proper use of hardware and software systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and data backup/recovery strategies
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS) is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
