IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology systems and infrastructure of our company in Acre. Your main duties will include managing the IT team, ensuring the smooth operation of all technological systems, and developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of our systems.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor network infrastructure to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Develop strategic plans for future technology upgrades or implementations.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure employees are knowledgeable about new technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends in technology to ensure our company remains competitive.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in an IT management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Acre, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities. No English language proficiency is required for this role. It is a part-time job without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Acre.
