Senior Architect - Gujrat, India



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a senior member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project progress is on track
- Supervise junior architects and provide guidance and feedback as needed
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction methods used in projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for new projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
