Facade Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of building facades. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that facades are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and durable.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning building facades based on project requirements
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure structural integrity and safety of facades
- Selecting appropriate materials for facade construction, taking into consideration factors such as climate and building usage
- Overseeing the installation process of facades and ensuring that all work is done according to design plans
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of existing facades to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials, methods, and systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for working with a diverse team
and communicating with clients

Salary: 1800$ per month

This is a full-time position open to Indian nationals. English language skills are not required for this role.
