Facade Technician - Contract Position in Dickirch, Egypt


We are seeking an experienced Facade Technician to join our team on a contract basis in the bustling city of Dickirch, Egypt. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various exterior building facades. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in facade construction and possess strong technical knowledge of building materials, tools, and equipment used in facade installation. Responsibilities:
- Install new exterior facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged facades using various techniques such as patching, caulking, or replacing materials
- Conduct routine maintenance on facades including cleaning, sealing, and repainting
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing facades
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working at heights or with heavy machinery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade construction
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, tools, and equipment used in facade installation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed
- Valid work visa for Egypt (visa sponsorship available)
- Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
