We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Moscow, Russia. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new employees on proper construction techniques and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Moscow, Russia
- Proficiency in Russian language
