Entry Level Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architectural Technologist, you will assist in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet specifications and building codes
- Research materials, building techniques, and construction methods to incorporate into designs
- Review and revise plans based on feedback from project managers, clients, or building officials
- Maintain accurate records of all design changes and updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as an architectural technologist or drafter is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Revit is a plus
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva (visa sponsorship available)
