Junior Architectural Technologist - Sheduva, India


Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheduva, India. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our senior architects and designers to assist in the creation of architectural plans and designs. You will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the architectural process, from concept development to construction documentation.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for architecture and design, who is eager to learn and grow in their career. While previous experience in this field is not required, you must have a basic understanding of architectural principles and be willing to work hard and take on new challenges.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with both internal team members and external clients. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong technical drawing skills
- Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in creating detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD software
- Collaborate with other team members on design concepts and ideas
- Conduct site visits as needed for project research and documentation purposes
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, etc.
- Review project documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, regulations, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by senior team members
