Senior Architect in Las Vegas



As a Senior Architect in Las Vegas, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in the city. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of architectural principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural plans for residential and commercial buildings
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to achieve project objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect in a similar role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects in Las Vegas or similar city with high rise buildings
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with LEED certification process
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for foreign employees if needed.
Travel: Travel expenses will be covered if required for project purposes.

Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
