Job Title: Seasonal Restaurant Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our seasonal restaurant in Bansko. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience while maximizing profits for the company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers during peak season
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Monitor food quality to ensure that it meets our standards and make necessary improvements if needed
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback and seasonal availability of ingredients
- Prepare weekly schedules for staff based on business needs
- Track expenses against budget goals and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Biometric passport required for visa purposes
- Native Indian preferred but not required
- Ability to work long hours during peak season
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, inventory management
and cost control procedures
- Familiarity with restaurant software like POS systems
- Proficient in English (ability to speak Bulgarian would be an asset)

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this seasonal position. Accommodation may also be provided during peak season.
