Collections Specialist - Pula, Croatia



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our growing team in Pula, Croatia. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and ensure timely and accurate resolution of any billing issues.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email or mail to collect outstanding payments
- Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment status
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and take appropriate actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective collections process
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to billing

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malayalam languages
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with accounting software is a plus
