Collector for International Debt Collection


We are in search of a qualified Collector to join our team in Pula. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting on international debts. This is a contract position with the possibility of visa sponsorship.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Filipino language
- Experience in debt collection, preferably international debt
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment plans or settlements
- Keeping detailed records of all communication with debtors
- Researching debtor information to determine their ability to pay
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during the collections process
- Working closely with legal teams when necessary to resolve disputes or file legal actions
