Formwork Specialist

As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing temporary structures and molds used to support concrete while it is setting. This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail. You will be working on construction sites in Siauliai, where your expertise in formwork will be essential in helping to create sturdy and safe structures. Responsibilities:
- Constructing formwork according to plans and specifications
- Ensuring that all formwork is properly braced and supported
- Making adjustments as necessary to ensure accuracy and proper alignment
- Installing reinforcement bars as required
- Pouring concrete into the forms and smoothing it out
- Removing formwork after the concrete has set
- Keeping work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Precise and detail-oriented
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their uses
- Familiarity with various tools used in formwork construction
- Ability to work at heights if required
- Previous experience in construction or formwork is preferred but not required

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
