Machine Operator Trainee

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced machine operators in the operation and maintenance of various machines used in our production process. Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating machines according to production specifications
- Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machines as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Basic understanding of mechanical processes is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
