Claims Adjuster
We are a reputable insurance company based in Pula, seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and ensure proper settlement. You will also be responsible for communicating with policyholders, witnesses, and other parties involved in the claim process.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from various sources
- Analyze policy coverage to determine liability and potential payouts
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Communicate with external parties such as attorneys, medical professionals, and contractors as needed
- Prepare detailed reports on claim investigations
- Keep accurate records of all claim activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Valid Adjuster license in the state of Pula required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Indian languages preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
