Concierge - Vilnius, Lithuania



As a Concierge in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and creating a memorable experience during their stay. Your main duty will be to assist guests with their needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Offer personalized recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions based on guest preferences
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, tours, or other services as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest's needs
- Keep track of guest feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain the lobby area in a neat and organized manner

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A professional demeanor with a friendly personality
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position.

Benefits:
This is a contract position with the option for visa sponsorship. However, please note that accommodation will not be provided.
