Florist Manager

The Florist Manager will oversee all aspects of the florist department, including managing and training staff, creating floral arrangements, and maintaining inventory. This position requires a high level of creativity, knowledge of flowers and plants, as well as strong management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of florists to ensure exceptional customer service and quality floral arrangements
- Create unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and holidays
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering necessary supplies and flowers
- Ensure all products are priced accurately and displayed attractively
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs, taking orders, and providing recommendations
- Oversee the cleanliness and appearance of the florist department
- Collaborate with other departments to create cross-promotional opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on current floral trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of various flowers, plants, and greenery as well as design techniques for creating unique arrangements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1800 per month
