Cashier (Part-time) in Doha, Qatar



We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all transactions at the checkout counter, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Scan items and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies
- Resolve any customer complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Count cash drawers before and after shifts to ensure accurate amounts
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in using electronic cash registers and POS systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
